The Vicarage Bed and Breakfast is situated just a few minutes from the A1 junction for Balderton.

From the North

Take the A1 south and pass the exits marked for ‘Newark’ and take the second exit signed ‘Balderton’. Just before you reach this junction you will see an old English Electric Lightning fighter aircraft in a field adjacent to the road.  The slip road takes you to a roundabout where a new industrial park is being built. Follow the road round, taking the exit signed ‘Balderton’, going back across the A1 in the process.

Follow the main road for approximately ¼ mile to the first set of traffic lights and turn right. You will pass the ‘Rose & Crown’ and ‘Chesters’ public houses and St Giles Church before coming to Vicarage Gardens on your left. Our entrance is flanked by brick pillars and is just after this turning. Please pull on to our drive to park and unload your luggage.

From the South

Take the A1 north and take the first exit marked ‘Balderton’. Follow the main road for approximately ¼ mile to the first set of traffic lights and turn right.
