This beautiful light, airy room is at the front of the house and has large windows on two sides, one of which looks out over the paved courtyard area of the garden which is available for use by our guests. This area is very secluded and a real sun trap in the summer. It is an ideal place for a quiet drink at any time of day and perhaps even breakfast if you fancy it! There is also a view of the spire of St Giles’ Church across the rooftops of Balderton.

This large room has a new king size bed and two upholstered armchairs as well as a table and chairs which make it ideal for those who need to work in the evenings as well as those who wish to spend time relaxing in their room between a day of sightseeing and going out for an evening meal at one of the many and varied local dining opportunities.
